I have given this location a five star review in the past it used to be wonderful. The owner was a very kind and thoughtful man. The woman I worked with there. Specifically Rosa were absolutely fabulous. You had a very personal experience with them. They knew who you were they took care of you. They made sure you had everything you needed. I had absolutely the opposite experience today. I would give them a zero if I could. They didn’t even bother to call me by my name. They didn’t bother to find out my name by looking at the piece of paper in front of them. They took my machine back to a room, tested it and came back and said there’s nothing wrong with it. Would not listen to me what I had to say at all. In the past, I’ve gone back with the person. They talked to me about what my needs were, why I’d come in, etc. Again, today, no care whatsoever. I sat in the waiting room, listening to the phone ringing over and over and over before anybody would bother to answer it. That happened numerous times while I was there. The receptionist was sitting there doing nothing. But yet couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. Do not waste your time with this company anymore.

At the moment I cannot recall the representative's name who gave me a call this morning (just woke up), but she was very helpful. She was helping me with an order I placed and was very informative. She also emailed me right away with some pertinent and important information about equipment. Her help and diligence is greatly appreciated.

Mariela was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the machine. She made it look really simple to operate and gave very detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

I am a new patient with the C-pap. I was a little nervous about it. Everyone from Medigy have been very nice. Mariela was my technician. She is very efficient and friendly. She explained how to use the machine understandably. I was more at ease when I left.

I highly recommend Medigy! Mark has been super helpful in getting my results back quickly for a rushed upcoming surgery and he has gone above and beyond to help. The home sleep kit arrived well packaged, clean and was very user friendly. They also approved the sleep study through my insurance quickly and the whole process has been seamless!
