My wife went to pick up my prescription of testosterone Cypionate 10ml. Levi Long only dispensed 8ml. We thought it was a mistake but he said he did it on purpose. He went against the Dr.s prescription and was extremely rude to my wife. He is obviously under educated on TRT therapy as he thinks Testosterone goes bad and is dangerous after 28 days. So he shorted me a weeks worth of medication intentionally and admitted this to me wife. Them refused to transfer the prescription elsewhere even though it is legal to do so after another pharmacist we called said he'd be happy to have it transferred to him. Now we are in the process of filing a complaint for intentional indifference and possible theft of a controlled substance since he refused to dispense the other 2ml the prescription was written for. So he either took it himself or tried to charge us the extra. Also, he didn't say anything about shorting the prescription until we noticed it and brought it up.

Great service. The pharmacist is very helpful and patient when asking questions. I’ve gotten almost of my vaccinations here, and while I normally get my prescriptions filled at some bigger places, I’m going to have them switched here. It just has a really nice feel to it. Like they actually know who you are:-):

Someone went to buy some pseudoephedrine for his cold. Like most lay people, he asked for Sudafed (instead of using the generic name). He never asked for any antihistamine. They sold him loratadine 10mg/pseudoephedrine 240mg, something he did not ask for. I want to know how and why you would sell a controlled substance the customer did not ask for and did not need. Your staff need more training.

I have been with medicap for a year Maybe? Levi is very smart and has helped me, he even researched info for me. Levi Is great! I Go there because he's approachable, very helpful and HE cares!! I have some medical ptsd so it can be hard to talk to others, and I feel like he understands and never gets annoyed with me, I usually ask for him when I call..thanks for everything! And he doesn't judge!!

I was so tired of dealing with Hy-Vee and their lackadaisical (at best) care (if you can call it that). I drove over to the store and talked to Levi and within 45 minutes I walked out with my anti-depressants filled (which I had been without for two days at that point) with my name on the bottle (something I had fought Hy-Vee on for six months now), and all of my transfers done. Levi runs an amazing store and I had no trouble being addressed properly. Seriously take your business here! The professionalism is top shelf, and their care is so friendly. I've missed that.
