I was having a problems with my computer and was looking around for a good computer repair shop in my area for a reasonable price. I found MediaVision in the Google search this computer repair shop quoted me a reasonable price. The Representatives name Kero and Adam were very polite and professional. They fix my computer in short amount of time and update the hard drive. My computer is working great I will return in the if I need any computer service done.

This location is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented. I had a need to recover my data from a broken drive and this place was able to put me back track. They recovered and assisted me on backing up my data. Other places provided me ridiculous prices and that was over the phone. I gave this place a try because of there positive reviews and when I called they suggested I come in for a consultation. So glad I did. They saved me from delays and cost for services. Best experience and made my day. No stress at all. Other locations would have taken days but MediaVision knows what they are doing. They are the best!

Mr Farah is one the best consultant I’ve ever met. He was very professional, supportive, patient, and kind. He knows what he is doing. I had a problem with my laptop Screen, I called him and walked me through the, I could spent more money, but he save me from spending more money, he helped me out to upgrade the warranty and get it done like original. So nice guy, I truly appreciate your help Mr Farah. Guys make sure you don’t try anyone else out there because Mr Farah knows what he is doing and he is good at it.

This place exceeds expectation. Mr. Farah immediately started to work on my laptop after I explained to him the issue. And one of the great things about him is that he communicates sincerity. I brought in a very very old laptop that wasn’t working, and it was such a relief when he told me the data is recoverable. He even took the time to help me search online for a good new laptop that was in my price range. So I will definitely reach out to Mediavision in the future. Thank you!
