I came into the store the other day looking for some pest control products for my home to get rid of some rats and mice . I was looking around and this nice gentleman walked up and a very nice and very polite and ask me my name and told me his name and he gave me the the best customer service experience I ever had his name is Charles thanks you and I will be coming back to this location .
Charles was the most helpful, but not pushy, associate I have ever had at any hardware store. He was extremely knowledgeable so I could make a smart purchase. Thank you, Charles!
