We loved absolutely everything about this pub! The atmosphere was fun, the food was great and the service came with a smile. The spaces are clean and well kept and the parking lot across the street is very convenient with parking downtown being a bit challenging at times. Highly recommend! We want to return soon to try more off the menu.

We really enjoyed our visit here. Staff was so friendly and attentive (not overbearing at all). We chose to eat outside. Very nice setting. Appetizer and entrees came out fairly quick. Bathrooms were clean. I had the duck beast.... tender and delicious. We were very pleased with our dishes. Looking forward to coming back soon

An absolute, unplanned, wonderful find! The steaks were absolute perfection! Tender and full of flavor. Atmosphere has a warm, pub feel, service was excellent. Look forward to our next visit.

We were excited to try some classic Scotch-Irish food. Was looking forward to home made shepherds pie. Well that’s what I ordered, but not exactly what I received. I was expecting a gooey, yummy, baked casserole with depths of flavor. Loose, browned ground beef, undercooked peas, a scoop of cold unseasoned mashed potatoes, 3 slivers of grated cheese, and a wedge of raw tomato stuck in the potatoes, was the reality. $16 with no salad or bread. I’ll make a true version for my family this Sunday, probably for around the same cost. Unfortunately the 1st and only time we will eat at McGees. I agree with some other reviews, in that I find it hard to believe they have 4.6 stars. Makes you wonder.
