Went through drive thru this morning in Zephyrhills and there was a line. No biggie...had to wait a bit for food which was fine. They left the window so fast I couldn't ask for anything so I went inside, thinking I would get what I needed. This store has changed to where there's one cashier for all the people that come in to sit down. There's also a wall where the employees and customers can't even see each other for the employees to even care. There were about 10 people just waiting to give their order or waiting on their order. One customer got called before another was ready, which he had already been waiting a while and was thinking of just taking his losses. A customer had a question about the order they just gave her and there wasn't a single employee that even tried to come because they were so busy making sure drive thru was being taken care of. The employees saw that people needed help or that the customers were getting aggravated so one decided to make a smart comment which was " WELCOME TO MCDONALDS, WAIT IN LINE"....where has the customer service gone....if your just going to worry about drive thru then close the inside altogether. I also asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin with a scrambled egg and I'm still wondering where the egg is as small as it is.

20 minutes in drive through, almost 2 minutes at the pay window while I waiting for the girl to take my money because she can’t multitask, got my order, wrong order! My fault, I drove off without checking. When I did open the order, the cheese burgers looked like they had been dropped in the floor, kicked around and repackaged. Worst one I have been too. Would say the ones in some ghetto are better than this one. Complete fail on management and lack of pride in doing a good job for the workers who have apparently achieved their maximum potential in life. I recommend going to Culver’s down the street.

New clean look. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted fresh. The bathrooms were clean and updated as well. There is plenty of seating for dining inside.

They are always super slow and never give you what you ordered. They don't care about efficiency or quality or customer service. They all need to be fired and replaced. It's not hard to make a correct order. I've worked in fast food and it's not rocket science. I can understand if it's a complicated order but when it's literally just a meal and it's not packed come on.

The few times I have been during the day it has been very clean and well run, and at night when the drive-thru is extremely busy because the dining room is closed and there's a lot of mobile and doordash orders unlike most others this one actually makes an effort to pull customers up and keep the line moving and very rarely is someone with a small order stuck waiting behind someone with a huge order. Most of the staff is friendly and takes their job seriously definitely a well-run McDonald's.
