Wanted to grab a quick bite before we headed out of town and since we were next to McDonald's we opted for going there. Went inside because it was not busy, ordered from the kiosk and had a seat. Waited about 3 minutes and they brought out our meals. Spicy chicken, fries and a water, cpl hamburgers. The food was warm and seemed fresh. 1 other person inside, place was clean and quiet. Food was fair, overall alright for a fast meal.

I ordered 2 big macs bc I had a mobile coupon for 40% off. I asked if I can use it for the 2 and the person answered Yes. When I went to the window I was told it was $11.55. Full price for one and 40% off the other one. I said you just told me I can use it for both. The person taking the order replied " it wasn't me who answered you". She was a supervisor and she was lying. I won't be going back.

Best service I've ever received at a McDonald's. Food was hot and fresh. Ate inside, could've been a little more kept up but the woman on the register, might have been the manager, gave exceptional customer service. Friendly, fast, efficient, and we got ice cream which she waited until after we ate to make for us.

For the prices to be raised tremendously, they need to make sure the food is up to par. Don’t charge me almost 5 bucks for a damn fry just for them to be cold. I’m over it. Not that hard to drop fries down or just reheat them up in the fryer. If I’m spending 40$ on 3 meals I want it fresh and hot. Do better. It’s not necessarily the workers, they’re always so kind it’s the food.!!!

I bought a sweet tea, with a sign hanging in the window saying any size $1.49. I was charged $1.99. When I pointed out the sign in the window, the manager said that’s only for the lemonade tea mix. The sign clearly said any size tea, sweet tea, or lemonade $1.49…it’s not the money, it’s the principle!
