Website hours say they open at 4:30am, the posted store hours on their window say 5am. We arrive after already paying for our mobile order of which you CANNOT get a refund for through the app at 5:30am well after both posted times. We sit around for over 15 minutes without any response until eventually someone walks by the window and mouths 6 o'clock. Very frustrating and pretty rude. Ended up waiting around until they open at 6 otherwise I would have wasted over 15 dollars.

Someone had just mopped the floor and it was slick to the point of risking a fall. The bathroom was nasty and the food was thrown together very hastily and sloppily and the server completely forgot about my drink and was rude because I asked her for it. There were also spouses or somebody related to the staff that was just hanging out and taking up space. A group of six or eight people completely in the way. All of the nastiness from the bathroom had been mopped out into the dining area

Went to McDonald's today, apparently being nice to the service industry isn't returned or respected! My family and I went through the drive through, my husband said thank you for our large water . Lady said nothing in returned. Then we received our food, my phone husband said thank you, the lady proceeded to turn her back to us and put up her index finger didn't say anything ... I was shocked! I called the manger and discussed it with him . Well to my surprise he said his phone cut out and he would call me back! 15 mins later nothing!

Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes with no movement then ordered online. The guy came out to yell at me for ordering online and requesting curbside. Then stormed off before I could ask a simple question. This place definitely needs more staff and to shut off online ordering if they aren't able to accommodate.
