I order my meals on line, and I give them plenty of time to start my order before showing up because I work across the street at the nursing home. Every time I show up for my food, I’m literally waiting forever to get cold food. My fry’s are always cold, my chicken sandwich is just thrown together, either not cooked enough or over cooked. You can’t go in to complain because then you get attitude. Tonight I had to go in the store to even get my food because everyone was standing round talking. They had a toddler running around the store that was an employees kid. It’s ridiculous.

COUNT YOUR CHANGE! Placed order for breakfast and was shorted three cents. In the grand scheme of things, not a lot but consider 100 cars at breakfast shorted three cents each. Is that money going to the cashier or to McDonald's Corp? And how many customers are in a single day? Someone is profiting! I asked for my three cents and got attitude from cashier who didn't even have pennies in the cash box! Person providing food was very nice.

Placed order with specific specialty request. 1 person in Drive thru line ant took 20 min to get order. When I got home had triple big mack instead of fish sandwich. Long ti.e before I go back!

Awesome job from this crew!! We rolled in late after the move conference in valdosta ga.. with 40 teenagers and these guys was on point!! Thank for all you guys did... this will be our spot from now on!💪💯

I’m tired of this place. Today I was shorted a small order of fries and barbecue sauce. I had to go inside to get both items. That negates using the drive through. No apology. No nothing. This is common for this store. More times than not I get poor service and incomplete orders.
