It's McDonald's. It's just what one would expect from McDonald's plus the staff are relatively friendly. 5 stars for food because it's consistent with what you expect. 5 for sercice because they are usually polite and friendly and 3 for atmosphere...it's still McDonald's, not fine dining and cozy. 😄

The employee I dealt with was super nice and working diligently. However, ordered via the app and when I reached the restaurant it was all dark and they were clearly still trying to get the place open. They were probably 10 or 15 minutes behind filling my coffee order. I almost drove away because all of the lights and the menu were off. Luckily someone answered me at the speaker and asked me to hold on a minute so I waited.

Arrived in Drive thru @9:53p.m. and waited 6mins for someone to take my order with 4 cars waiting in line as well.. After waiting I went to the drive thru window to see if someone could help me. As I pull up the cashier walks up to the window with a mouth full of food coming from the back. I've ordered from this Store before and never had service this bad. I know it won't matter but as a local customer I won't be back for awhile

I stopped by on Friday 7-19-24 just to get a sweet tea I used the kiosk put the order in went to pay at the counter one of the worker said it would be few minutes I said ok np after about 15 minutes they finally got caught up and then I watch them walk to the back so I said the heck with it so I know 2 or 3 dollars won't brake the store that's why I will not be back

4 people looked at me after I got my food but nobody asked me why I was still standing there and then I had to actually wave somebody down to get ketchup and even though I ordered a chicken sandwich they refused to give me sweet and sour sauce to go with it. I would understand if I had asked for multiple then I would have been willing to pay for it but I'm not going to use my credit card just to pay $0.30 for something that goes with the sandwich that I already paid for. I should charge you for the time wasted while I stood there waiting for somebody to see what I wanted. And I wish I would have known this before but the girl that went to the bathroom did not wash her hands and she's a cook And I just took a bite of my hash brown disgusting I don't think they ever change the oil here I am not going to eat this this is disgusting. This is absolutely disgusting
