Waited 25 minutes for a mobile pickup order. Finally, we went through the drive thru and got our food, mostly right about 35 minutes after ordering. We didn't get the right size on some things, but after taking so long, we were in our way back north already and just dealt with not getting what we ordered. The people working the drive thru were kind and quick to help, but if they are busy at all, I would go somewhere else.

As a joke, I was made to wait at the drive thru ordering screen for 5 minutes because of issues (I realized it was a joke when I could hear a worker say “quit playing with them” over the speaker). I was furious because of that as I was in a rush and trying to get food. I was met with hostility and the working cussing at me. My order was completely wrong. I have worked in customer service since 16, and I would never speak to someone the way they spoke to me. Go to the McDonald’s on 2nd st, they are much nicer.

Good place to go when you're in a starving and choices are limited. My order was completely wrong, and when I attempted to have it corrected, I was met with pure rudeness. Even suggested that I ordered exactly what I was given. Get a refund? A waste of time and energy. I placed the order on the counter, thanked the young lady, wished her a good day, and walked out. I've patronized the particular McDonald's for more than 40 years. Times have definitely changed.

Trash!!! How I order 2 mcchickens and get 2 McDoubles? How do those even sound similar??? This company should vet their applications better. You can’t have illiterate employees taking peoples orders and making food.

I asked for fresh fries, and they gave me the same exact old fries 3x by 3 different people. Finally, I went in to get the fries and was able to get them fresh. The children that work here are kinda slow, I guess. I BLAME THE PARENTS AND THE MANAGER'S!
