Nice local. "Lady" that took our order was fairly rude. Took me repeating my drink 3 times before she acknowledged and told me they didn't have any orange juice. Then my bagel came out burnt and I couldbt come back due to time line on my job.

Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald's. I actually felt unsafe there tonight. Went to the drive thru...waited 10 minutes...no one said anything. I park, go inside, and the employees were fighting! Literally yelling and cussing at each other. There were probably 6 or 7 employees sitting down hanging out, dancing, feet propped up on the tables. Like it was a hangout spot, instead of a workplace. Some lady was yelling at management about something, the employees working the floor were yelling back at her. I honestly wasn't even sure if I was allowed to order..I was ignored. When I finally went to order at the counter, i had to repeat myself 4 times because the girl taking my order was looking at the employees talking and cussing with them instead of listening to what I was saying. It was really the craziest experience I've had in a food place. I've worked in the food industry for 10 years, and I've never seen anything like this before. Complete chaos and unprofessional.

I work nearby and get breakfast about 3 times a week, I’m lucky if the order is correct 1 of those 3 times. I just want some breakfast on the way into work. Is that so much to ask? Food is good when it’s right at least, I guess that counts for something….barely.

I don't live here. But I come down about every other weekend. Usually go at night. Stopped this morning to get me and my bestie a sausage biscuit and I got a sugar free vanilla ice coffee and it was PERFECT! The service at night time is horrible. But I have to say this morning I got the BEST SERVICE I have ever had. The two ladies at the window was very friendly and paid attention to the customer. Thank yall for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep up the good work!
