How can you reopen so fast and be properly sanitized you guys got affected by category 3 sewage water seriously this is gross it’s only been like 3 weeks.

When you pay money for food you expect to get your complete order and what you paid for so when you order a medium fry you expect to get a medium fry not a small fry in a medium box! I would have went in but i had a sleeping kid in the back seat. I had it ran put because I was on a time limit and the drive through had a few cars in line. Also tired of ordering my sandwiches without condiments and getting everything on them it's super annoying I don't complain about it alot because I just scrape it off if I can tolerate it but again you order and ask for it a certain way you expect it to be made that way because that's what you paid for! also I added bacon and cheese THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR and didn't receive it I got a chicken sandwich with Mayo and lettice and nothing else. I know mistakes are made but lately it's been ALOT and it's a waste of money to pay for something that you didn't receive!

Spencer McDonald’s screws up my order every time I go through the drive thru. I order breakfast today. You wouldn’t think they could screw that up. I ordered hotcakes and sausage and the sausage was cold and the pancakes were hot but they didn’t give me a fork, syrup, or butter!! They suck.

We had a pretty big mess up with our order and had been waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order. There was some kind of technical glitch that caused it. The restaurant apologized and gave us a refund. They were very professional about it and made it right. Good job.
