Employees were rude and had nasty attitudes! A lady in front of us asked for fresh fries and the employee act like it was the end of the world because the lady asked for fresh fries. She gave the lady an nasty attitude, rolled her eyes then mumbled something under her breath when she walked away . If she didn’t want to come to work that is not our fault at all !
Stopped here before going to work because I wanted to grab something quick. Well. I waited more than 10 minutes only to find out I got the wrong food but I didn't realize this til after I got to work to eat my food. I paid 7$ for a chicken sandwich but instead got some kind of deluxe cheeseburger which I am most certain is NOT 7$. It was put in a "chicken club" box. I also threw my receipt away because I assumed everything would be correct but it wasn't. Didn't have time to take my food back so I had to eat something I didn't want and it was cold but the fries I got were warm.
Went there on 9/29. Worse McDonalds ever step foot in. Waited 20 minutes, food was cold. Bun on chicken sandwich hard as hell, big mac and fries cold. After waiting all that time you would think at least something would of been hot. Took to counter asked for replacement to wait another 20 minutes. Every beverage drink was out besides the tea. Food service, quality and restaurant in general sucked. The staff was also very rude. Cashier kept rolling her eyes when we took our food back Do not go there!!
Worse McDonald's I ever went into. I keep giving them chances and let down every time. Wal-Mart should be embarrassed having them there. Always dirty and people rude and orders always wrong and not cooked properly. They have a take it or leave it attitude. I'm done.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. And I don't mean in comparison to other restaurants, but in comparison to other McDonald's. All of the food tasted old, and nothing was fresh. The lobby smells like urine, which shouldn't be the ambiance any restaurant should strive for. I don't expect much when I eat at McDonald's, but this was awful.
