Go threw the drive thru and get the wrong sandwich. Go inside and they are like I'm sorry we gave you 2 wrong orders there like here u go it has no pickles. After they put the food back on the line I brought it bk in to the store. Go home and blam.

I come here often but I must say the coffee is not the best item here. The machine is usually not working or the wait for it is very long. The latest oddity was receiving my lukewarm coffee with an open top lid meant for a milkshake and being given straw. Before I could object the window as promptly shut and the employee walked away… Maybe it’s petty but I didn’t appreciate trying to drink hot coffee through a straw and having it get cold so quickly because there isn’t a sealable lid. McDonald’s quality and service is continuing to get worse.

Good food, and they were fast. It's not bad service considering being a fast food restaurant. I've been to some with mediocre service to put it lightly. I went inside, and it was pretty clean. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. They brought the food to my table, which was nice. Won't be long until we are tipping McDonalds workers.

Recently I was in this store while waiting on car maintenance nearby. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The management and employees were so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. I was in the establishment for about 3 hrs while waiting on my car. I heard the employees give positive feedback to each other and their customers so many times I was so overwhelmed with joy. When I paid for my order with cash, the manager, counted my change back to me like cashiers use to do. I was shocked because many times the cashiers have no clue how to do this “lost” technique. Excellent experience!!! Great job and kudos to the Kearney McDonald’s, Springfield, MO.

This is the most poorly run restaurant I’ve been to. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year and I have consistently had the same experience over and over again. If I’m NOT asked to pull forward and wait it’s a miracle. The manager clearly does not know how to run a fast food restaurant. Today they had so many people pulled ahead they were out of spaces and had me pull into a handicapped spot. Today was my last visit this location. I’ll never go back. There is one 1/4 mile away that runs great. Avoid this location at all costs. Not to mention they don’t support the local community.
