Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, stuck in their single lane drive thru behind the building. I would have left if we could have. Order was no where to be found when finally arrived at pick up window, I had to hand her my receipt which thankfully I had asked for at first window. Then was pulled and waited 10 minutes before having to go inside to ask for order, employees were arguing when I approached counter. Food was not hot when received or well put together. No sympathy was given. Extremely frustrating experience.

Not going to lie, the girl at the window was awesome! Super friendly. Super happy. However the burnt bagel I received was terrible, even the top was burnt. Annoyed that it was still wrapped up and given to me.

Got there at 6, waited behind several other cars in the drive thru. An employee got on the speaker at 615 and said that they would open sometime in the next hour or so.

They need to add the big and tasty burger back oon the menu.went there spent 40.oo online order to have to wait for 55 minutes for my food and only way i got it was to go insde. The mmale manager was very rude and crude,when i ask for my food .the time was 5:25 pm this was not the only order messed up but 4 others inside waiting. I called to talk to the owner and left messager but to know surprise he didnt call back. This is not a way to run a business. I go to Mcdonalds 3-4 times a week but ill have to start going to spfd or choose another place. Soory if you have had this bad experience too
