Food came out at a decent time even though we had to pull forward and wait. Only one item was not made correctly out of two meals. My sprite on the other hand tasted like half sprite and half water mixed together. Fries and nuggets were hot and fresh. Minus the creepy man watching us eat the entire time while we were in our car eating as if we were a tv show. It was a decent experience.

Shift manager Teresa was awesome. I forgot to add a medium sprite to our order for a cranky 5 year old. I asked if I could buy it at the pick up window, I was told there was no register and she gave us the sprite anyway saving an irritated mom and 5 year old so stress. Thank you!

I bought two big Macs and got home to find A PILE of HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!! Upon calling the manager was rude and would only say everyone was wearing a hair net in the kitchen. My wife use to work here at this reed City location and no one wears hair nets in the back just hats!!!! Ugh spent $6 on food and had to waste over double the money in gas to get my food!!! This is ridiculous. Only Julie was nice and apologize, the other shift manager on the phone was rude and the other manager at the front desk was also rude. Neither apologized and barley took care of it. Julie was the only person to apologize.

I got the crispy chicken sandwich for 7.99 & was very disappointed! It was shrunken & was not fresh, but microwaved & mushy. Hubby's Quarter Pounder was juicy & fresh.It was too busy to ask for a fresh sandwich or I would have done so. Bathroom was a mess, but there was a worker waiting to get in there.

Every time I’m there they forget something morning crew does awesome no issues evening crew need more training or something then try calling and can’t get through like phones off the hook I’ll stick to another restaurant when grabbing dinner.
