Ordered two biscuits and two drinks. It took several attempts to get the order placed correctly, and then were sent to spot 1 to wait. Spot 1 was occupied so we just pulled forward to allow others to exit the drive thru. It took an inordinate amount of time to finally receive our order. One item was a steak biscuit, it arrived as a plain biscuit and the “steak” in a gravy cup. The steak did not look edible, more like dog food. Customer service, food quality, and overall experience had no pleasant moments or food. Avoid at all costs!

Placed order thru app and was asked to park and they bring out. 15 minute's later no food so went in and asked. They said didn't have an order when the guy finally brought it to the front. Terrible service.

Had eaten almost all of quarter pounder then seen that it was raw. Ordered;4 apple pies, only received 2 & they were cold as if they had just come out of the fridge. The last few times we’ve eaten there, something is wrong with the order. We always order online, & still have to pull up to wait for our food. This was our last visit here, from now on we will drive to Fairlawn.

Waited in line for 30min they never put our food order in and lady working lied and said someone took our food. Was there the whole time our order number 234 never came up. Rude manager.
