Food was as expected and play place was great! Also super close to pasco/tri cities airport. We were there right before the rush of kids from the school next door, definitely be aware of school hours if you don’t want to be caught up in a mob of kids!

Starting off with my order, the lady didn't seem welcoming and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She then proceeded to have a blank stare once we pulled to the first window. After that, my order wasn't filled all the way which is so annoying because I did not pay 4 dollars to have a misery of a meal. This is horrible service and I hope that the manager talks to the employees to do their job like any civil person with a job.

7/6 new review how can I give this place a -10 tonight I ordered a Big Mac meal with a side of Big Mac sauce on the side . Would I ended up getting was a Big Mac with Big Mac sauce that was so runny and the whole Big Mac covered in Big Mac sauce I took it back down to McDonald's and got my money refunded this place is so bad 12/15New update: today I ordered sausage McMuffin w egg where is the sausage I ask? New update I made a mistake and bought a hot chocolate for two of almost six bucks and this was a large hot chocolate and I guess we can't even fill up the cup because we got to fill half of it with some Cool whip. How can I even give you -25 stars now. New Update different day: Today we ordered a cheeseburger but it came with no cheese. It's like there are so busy laughing and playing they forget to go things. See pics below. Update I have to change my review because today not only do you up your costs and frappes but today I got a frapee that was ice chips. Like there was nothing there to drink because it was literally ice chips. If you don't know how to make one then don't and don't serve it to somebody this is ridiculous. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and I received my Coke at the first window I was told to go to the second window because no cars were behind me and I get this number very disappointed. This is the best McDonald's in the Tri-Cities. I rate them high because it's always clean and the staff is always very kind and nice and hard working.

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean. Great tasting coffee, good jazz music. Perfect way to start the day on our travels.

both milkshakes were melted and didn't even look like they filled them up in the first place because there was no whip cream stuck on the top lid at all, completely clean. and the food was barely warm
