Been to this location about 4-5 times. They are very consistent. I’ve always received everything I’ve asked for and never missed a straw, napkins, or sauce. Food were fresh except one time the fries were a bit soggy. Overall one of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Only complaint is, if you’re coming from the East, you have to make a u turn to get to the side the restaurant is on.

Count your days McDonald’s… tastes bomb but SKIMPY on the serving size 🙄 Wen’t back the next week and this time the entire McFlurry was just vanilla with some crushed up Kit Kat sprinkled on top. Go to a different location ya’ll

Food is, you know, McDonald's, but the service takes forever. I just came at 10:30 and they told me to pull into a space because they were just switching from breakfast to lunch. It took 15 minutes to get my meal. Unfortunately this is not the only time I have had a long wait at this location, and it is no fun when you have screaming children waiting for their Happy meals.

Me and my family waited hours to get our food and then our food was not even right. I ordered a big Mac and they only gave me one patty and we ordered fries and fries up all the way and then they did a refund to constantly ask exact same question, they were not even at the Register now me and my family have bad reviews for them. Never never again at McDonald’s. On Murchison Road

I'm normally not harsh and normally understanding of how busy any fast food restaurant can get. This one, not going to lie or pull punches. I've been and ordered there 4 times and my order has been messed up all 4 times. From not having my sandwich not dressed right and having to go get it corrected and still getting it wrong to a completely wrong order and again returning it and showing the receipt and still getting another order. Extremely incompetent and I really did feel bad for the shift manager the other night. You could tell she was at her wits end. I just can't, in my right mind, order from this one again. I gave it a mid service because of the manager trying to help. The rest needs a complete retrain and or rehire.
