Let me just say that the manager at this location is absolutely terrible!! I witnessed her slam the door in a customers face and yell for him to walk around since she was mopping the lobby. I also witnessed her straight up verbally abusing her employees! She also locked us inside the restaurant lobby while she was mopping. The whole time I was there she was yelling at her employees and the customers! As soon as we walked in she started yelling at us for ordering at the kiosk. A poor young man was there for his interview and she was already yelling at him! I told him to run as fast as he could. Corporate needs to look into that crazy lady before all the employees quit or she runs off all the customers. Update: the past 5 times I've been here they've gotten my breakfast order wrong every.single.time

I went to McDonald's on Thursday morning to purchase a sweet tea. I asked for a half and half sweet tea and lemonade. When the associate reached me my sweet tea, I observed a very large Fly 🪰 in my tea. I requested my money back in which I was given a return. Please be aware and observe your tea as well as your food. I will never never eat ar drink any beverages from Pell City McDonald's again. The thing about it is I don't understand how the server missed the big fly because it was so large I did not have to open the lid to see it. So, my point is how did the the employee missed this big fly in my tea. As stated in the aforementioned, I will never go back to McDonald's in Pell Ciry again whereas I had been going for several years. Please beware. I know mistakes happen. But some mistakes should not happen

Husband went through the drive thru this morning, early, said they weren't busy. His biscuit wasn't even fully cooked, hash brown was thrown in the bag without even being put in the sleeve. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Whoever own this franchise, corporate needs to get in touch with them.

The drive-thru here is run poorly many times. A lot of the time they have a lady (manager?) standing outside the window to take the food from the worker and hand it to the customer. What a waste of resources. Many times too they have you park to wait for your order. I know they are just cheating the system to make their KPIs look good to corporate.

This place is literally ridiculous every time i go there they either mess up my order, don’t have what i’m asking for, or their staff is just rude! I have never made a complaint to any where else hut this is seriously just on my last nerve!
