Food was good. Cashier was good. The gal yelling out order numbers with the long orange braids was extremely rude. After she was rude one of her coworkers accused the customer of having an attitude when all he wanted to know was what was the order number she just called out. She said to him “I already called the number out once I am not going to call it out again.” Shame on you if this is how you allow your employees to treat people.

Ordered 2 boxes of 20 nuggets. Got charged for 3 boxes. So i went back. They oppoligized en gave me a refund and changed my order. When i got to my seat, i noticed i had 30 nuggets now. If this simple math is to hard for them, maybe they should find some other job.

Two stars because the cashier was very pleasant. 25 people in line and only one cash open. Goofy guy at the fry station with a hat barely on his head messing around. Not professional at all. The fries were ice cold and so was the regular cheeseburger (Almost $11 dollars for this?). Do not eat here!

I never write reviews but what I experienced was horrific. One of the workers Latonya was extremely rude to the customers. Had no patience, was sassy and I witnessed her ask a customer if they “even have money” when there was an obvious language barrier. She was super unhelpful and told the customers not to reach over the counter but when I asked for ketchup she looked at me like I was stupid and told me to grab the ketchup under the counter in the opposite side that I couldn’t even see. She talked to every person in line like she was an inconvenience. For someone who works with people everyday she is the rudest worker I have ever seen and it’s scary that she is allowed to be working in an atmosphere like this. I get people have bad days but you can tell that she is just a mean person who shouldn’t be working in customer service.

If you’re looking for a something to close your appetite you’re in the right place. If you’re looking forward to enjoy your food, it’s a different situation.. There is no seats to eat there and not much space to wait for your order, the prices here are pricier than regular. The fries where good. For me the burger was cooked too much. Thank you.
