We were told the bathrooms were closed. I’m 7 months pregnant. Shortly after, I saw an employee went to use it, and overheard her ask another employee why it was closed. She responded, “It’s only closed for customers, not for you” and they laughed, and she went to use the bathroom. Also, I went to get some napkins and jelly at the counter, and a young girl said she’d be right with us. She went to take a drink out to someone outside, came back in, did not acknowledge us to help after taking the drink, and she was about to start making another coffee drink. I asked her if we could please just get some napkins and jelly, and she finally came to help, but if I hadnt said anything, she would have started making another coffee order before coming to us.

Drove over 100 miles to pick up mom from airport, arrive early so I went to look for a restroom was told about the McDonald’s by a friendly gas station clerk. Came here and asked to used the restroom and was flat out told no unless I ordered something. I wasn’t to keen on the response and was given “oh it policy “ and fed a more reasons on why not. Don’t get me wrong I get it a lot of homeless people were inside just sitting not purchasing anything I even said I’ll order something when I finish my word means something to me I know people has gotten burned with that for sure but I really had to go. However the manager was still going on and being rude about it and “feared “ there higher up would look at cameras and get in trouble. What happened to customer service ? What happened to being humane, me being shocked was left speechless and walked out and guess what, went to the shell gas station next door and the lovely clerk there allowed me to use there restroom which was closed to the public and guess what as I gave her my word I’d purchase; something.not only McDonald lost some money they lost my respect and me as a customer(even though won’t mean much I suppose). Hope they see this and just reflect on themselves maybe be more human.

Food was good but the communication was the biggest issue. We had 6 cars pull aside to wait for food and no one ever came outside so i championed the group and took the initiative to go inside and demand our food. I was then given my nice, hot, tasty food and drove to the airport in due course. The debacle added about 15 minutes to our commute so if you are in a rush dont go to this macD

Their customer service is horrible. I was at the drive-through speaker for about 10 minutes. No answer. I drive up to the window. The cashier tells me I have to go around to the speaker to order so I just left horrible service. If could give them a -0 I would.

Never come here the staff doesn't care about anything, you will wait 30 minutes for your food. and it will be wrong. Like they hire the slowest people of all time, doesn't matter what time of day, there another McDonald's 2 blocks up the road, avoid this place like the plague. Wrote all of this while waiting in line for 30 minutes.
