The slowest drive-thru service. Had to wait to order my food in Lane 1. A car pulled into Lane 2 and ordered before me. Then I was sent to wait in one of their waiting spots and had to wait for my food. We came back another time and they asked me to wait again in one of the spots. But they were almost full. I could barely get out of line. And had to wait again for my food. Slowest service! We only ordered one combo meal and a drink.

Worst ever!! No toilet paper in women’s restroom. Had to ask 2 times for them to provide us with it. Not many to take orders. Only seem to want you to use touch screen only to order. It seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. No drink station. Had to ask for our drinks. Poor waiste of space. Order area is very small. Don’t see anyone except a person shouting out a number. Didn’t get our drinks and ad to ask. Chicken sandwich sloppy and smashed. I was so disgusted and didn’t even finish my meal. Cold fries and everyone seemed to get various sizes of fries. Person to wipe down tables was just pesty and kept hanging around when I was trying to have a conversation with a friend. Was insistence that I went over to see a light up table. Another couple was very uncomfortable with her asking questions of them while trying to eat. They had one child and were wanting their child to eat. Left and couldn’t finish the dry cold fries and smashed sloppy sandwich

I stopped to get some food for my kids and husband. We revived the wrong drink, found a hair in my daughter's nuggets, and my other daughter's sandwich was not plain .

We made a quick stop after 5 hours on the road. After placing my order on the kiosk, I waited about 10 minutes with no food. I went to the counter. Spoke with someone, and my order was then ready. The food was "OK". Tables were not wiped, all the trash receptacles were full. I was not impressed.

Food is great but service is mediocre at best. Very rarely is our order not messed up. Last time we ended up getting everything for free because they messed up our order, so that was a plus as we were just going to tell them what we wanted at the window and pay for it there.
