The service was atrocious. I ordered my dinner and placed my serving number on the table. However, the representative decided not to bring out the food, however had me go to the counter and retrieve it. She also had her hand over my drink contaminating my beverage when I asked for a different lid she took over two minutes to retrieve such lid, which made me uncomfortable, and I asked for a water. At this point, the manager came out, and he stated that he does not allow his representatives to bring dinners to tables because of the hour and that it was company policy, which was 10:30 PM. Very unprofessional establishment I believe that the management is lacking the proper direction to give to his employees and is making them act out. There is a lot of talking and not a lot of working at this establishment. I do not recommend people to visit this establishment.

Terrible STALE fillet fish sandwich and french fries, in addition to a fish with half of a slice of cheese as shown on photos. This location is and has been a terrible fast food Restaurant within Miami Springs! It gives McDonald's a very bad, and very poor business practice reputation! This is a franchise own McDonald's where the licensed operator can't care less for their food sold at this McDonald's

Mario. Mario the manager for this store needs to reevaluate his choices. Be a man and take criticism on your job appropriately. You did not handle this situation correctly. When someone calls to speak with your boss, don't hang up . Take pride in your work ethic and if you didn't do a good job , own it. You didn't handle things correctly and then followed it up with worse behavior. I hope you learned for the next job . In your words "get back in line , follow the rules " :)

Today I did a mobile order . And I picked a table to get my food delivered to the table ,but the guy was calling for my order number which I didn’t know ,because I usually get it on the table mostly everyday.on the top of that the guy just drop my food and not saying anything ,at least he should say “enjoy even if he didn’t mean it .i feel like he put the food for a dog on the top of the counter .
