This place is the literal worst at getting you your food. Order pies, missing. Order on the app, 30 minute wait. Call for assistance, attitude. And the best part is there is ZERO way to refund other than talking to their lovely staff who already hate you. So eat the cost or put on an episode of Game of Thrones S8 to get you through the hour wait because that wasn't even this bad.

The wait time for two burgers and a 20 piece was very extensive. The worst part of my experience was seeing a hard working young girl running out orders to waiting customers and cashing out people at the front register while her manager was just chit chatting next to her. Very disappointed to have waited so long and then see how it could have been faster. Management needs to do better

Hash brown was cold. Usually pretty quick drive thru. Update how do you mess up making a Big Mac??

This location is no good. I ordered a bacon burger about a week ago and when I got home and opened the box this is what I found. No bottom bun so the cheese was melted into the box. The meat was broken into pieces. Maybe instead of talking and doing whatever your doing, pay attention when cooking food… I also had an issue when ordering breakfast one time and they messed up my order entirely so I had to get it corrected. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

Would leave zero stars if I could, the employee working the drive through didn't know what the items on the menu at the place they're working at... tried to charge me extra for something that already came with the combo. On top of that, there was NOBODY in line except for me right .. they made me "pull forward" for a SIMPLE order and I saw them through the front door. They had my food sitting and waiting getting cold for 20 minutes while they were on their phones and doing other "tasks" this is the worst location I've ever been to and I will never be back. All the reviews have the same experience I should've listened instead of being naive
