Stop by on our way to Seattle. Took over 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke and Unsweetened Ice Tea. Completely understaffed. No fountain drink station any more. None of the managers said anything, felt bad for the cashier who was running everything by herself. Dinning room was almost empty. Completely unacceptable.

I've used the drive through on several occasions, and a couple of times they gave me the wrong beverage, even though it was correct on the receipt. So I had to park, go in the restaurant, and have it fixed. They were always quick to make the correction, and I appreciate that. I have noticed, however, that their prices are higher than the other two McDonald's locations in Longview, so I have not been visiting the Kelso location as often. On a positive note, the staff are always very friendly and quick to provide assistance.

We came in to get lunch on 6/21 and the young man working the front and running food was doing such a good job. He had a very positive attitude with every customer no matter what. Great employee!

Wow! Super great service, very efficient and fast. Kitchen Staff and customer attendant were super friendly! Restrooms clean. From a Canadian Customer

There’s always a problem when I come to this specific McDonald’s. Last time the drive thru was completely neglected so badly people were backing up & squeezing out of line . I personally sat until 20 mins went by & left tonight the drive thru reaches the through the parking lot almost to the road & it’s 9pm & they have the dinning room closed . They saw me at the door & laughed ( don’t know if they were laughing at me specifically) but all the while 2 customers sat in the dinning room on theyer phone waiting for their food . It seems that it a bunch of kids doing whatever they want at the expense of whoever owns the restaurant. And I’m not the only one who feels this way & tries to avoid this specific restaurant . It’s incredibly unprofessional & makes me wonder what goes on behind the counter if these employees are so comfortable having no regard for basic customer service. To top it off I just watched as they let theyer friends in . I won’t be coming back
