So my very elderly grandfather will sometimes ask If he we Want something from this particular Macdonalds when he is passing by. I usually insist that I pay for it; he has my card saved on his phone in case of emergencies, he is low on cash or just wants a treat. EVERYTIME he comes back there are always multiple items missing. Not only do they have him pull up for realitivley small orders to wait, they NEVER answer the phone so I can ask them to give me what I've paid for. This is the 4th time this has happened and I usually wouldn't post about it but NO ONE will answer the phone to make this right. Times are too hard to just throw money away!!! Please Macdonalds pick up your phone and please pay attention to you're orders.

Terrible service don’t waste your time trying to dine in. It’s literally been 23 mins and counting that I’m waiting on our food. Save your money, time and aggravation. This place is filled with lazy young people that are slower than stagnant water. Order was all wrong and the food was cold by the time we got it. If I could give zero stars I would because the service was so terrible. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any establishment.

Prices high, quality of food is below my liking. Wanted a shamrock shake, and they said that it wasn't available even though it's advertised on the drive-through menu for St. Patrick's day . They have gone way downhill. Won't be back.

Came thur this morning on way to work I ask for the mix and match the mcgriddle and mc muffin you give me a damn chicken mcgriddle and a sausage mc muffin with all the cheese then you ask me did I want jelly I said grape and one syrup you still mess tht up like for real and the bad thing about is the person tht took my order is my neighbor

As in life, nothing is as good as it use to be. Given the basic cost of the economy, the food taste exactly like it.
