I went to McDonald’s tonight and waited in line for 1 hour for (fast food) and my food wasn’t even right. I get yall get busy but come on. It’s not that hard to read of what people order and make sure it’s in the bag correct. If it wasn’t for my kids I would NEVER go to McDonald’s
This was bad. I won't be back to this location. I mobile ordered ahead doublefish meal hi c and fries with double cheeseburger and 2 bacon doubles mayo only. We had pulled to the 3rd window to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then as we were in a rush, we left to get home as the kids were cranky. As we're driving home, I open the bag, and the fries are cold. The burgers are cold. I'm thinking ok maybe they had to make the fish fresh, but no, that's cold and looks like a disaster as well. Very disappointing and a waste of hard earned money. I was to pissed to turn around and go to the process of getting a refund as out children were the priority.
Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just for the worker to make a rude comment when he handed me my food. To top it off this place was not busy at all with only a couple cars a head of me in line. The service at this place is garbage I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
i go there every day at 2:20-2:30 am because of how early i come into work, every day they’re open and i get my coffee. this morning the worker that was in the store came onto the speaker and told me and the other car in the drive through that they are not open until 4am for breakfast. if they changed their open times at least post it on the website and app and don’t have the store look open and workers there when it’s not open.
Literally, every time I go to this location they always mess up my order or the food is just absolutely horrible. You can tell it’s been sitting in their heat warmers way longer than it should be, and they don’t want their food cost to go bad so they keep using it. I used to work there so I can tell just buy, the taste of it how long it’s been sitting in the heat warmer and to get fresh hot food from here would be a miracle because it’s never happened for me and today. I figured I’ll get my son his little happy meal and I’ll get an apple pie how can you mess that up right , Yep still managed to mess it up didn’t get my apple pie. They give me these cold as Ice french fries. Thanks again McDonald’s for wasting my time and taking my money
