It wasn't bad. It didn't stand out. It was like many other fast food restaurants I have visited with drive-through. I did not go in, so I can't comment on its cleanliness. But they were nice and got our food right. I wish I could help the team build in restaurants and other stores and give them pointers to help make their stores stand out and have that positive energy that creates good memories in customers.

I was 5 feet from the door and some teenager locked the door and laughed… it was 9:59! They close at 10 I had 1 min to walk in this was a horrible experience … should’ve never happened!

Great coffee, fast service. But, like many McDonald's, ice cream machine not working.

I don't feel this is very exceptable I have a mess it was over ran with ketchup mustard and mayo that everything dripped out fell out I am very disappointed I normally don't have an issue with my food here. Very unhappy. I know we all have off days, and I'm sorry whoever is in that station is having a bad day. I do hope their night gets better, so maybe someone else has a better experience

I didn't get big Mac sauce and it was cold and I didn't get my drink I hope no one goes to eat at the McDonald's down town it was trash and the mix up the order and did not give me my drink.
