Stopped here with my wife and two young grandchildren. Staff was very loud having conversations that customers should not have to hear. Even heard a few curse words. Waited 15 to 20 minutes for food. Most of the fountain drinks were out. The dining room was hot. We were bothered by flies while trying to eat. We'll never make that mistake again.
Fast service. Good food. The floors were excessively greasy. I'm not even sure what to say about the employee using a corded leaf blower inside the store while we attempted to eat! A/C was not working. Humid inside the restaurant.
90% of the employees at this restaurant are beyond words. As a family member of an employee, I am at this restaurant a lot. When attempting to enjoy the dine in lobby experience, I have over heard so many things from behind the counter that are considered not appropriate for the work place. The manager on shift was yelling at the employees and talking to them as if they were all children. There are loud arguments, and they were rude to me for attempting to defend my family member, who doesn't speak up for themselves. To get service at this counter is a long wait. I do not recommend dining in or working at this restaurant. They do NOT value employees at this location.
DMV and the Post Office, what do they have in common? They both employ people who are 200% happier and nicer than the individuals who work here. I've been to this location twice, each time nothing but issues. Employees are just plain rude. Nobody is forcing you to work at McDonalds. You can find another job elsewhere. I'd rather get AIDS than visit this location again.
This location continues to amaze me with their service, although by now there should be no surprise. Reading reviews doesn't compare to what you actually experience. Once again I wanted to revisit the location as it is close to my work and, once again I was shown why I no longer go there. Service is slow and extremely rude, food is always warm and never correct , the atmosphere is well the only word to describe in my opinion is filthy for a restaurant. Made a comment to the manager after receiving food just stating that out of every location I visit this one specific the customer service is horrible. She looked at me in my eyes and smiled and said "I know Thank You " then proceeded to just walk away
