This place kills me every time I go there they always say they don't have ice cream or the machine is down or they are to lazy to clean it. Apparently the manager is not doing their job. I recommend whoever wants a ice cream or shake don't come here. I've had people say the same thing to me and they will not come to this McDonald's no more either. This seems to be non kid friendly for a family that wants to keep a family happy with their food they advertise all the time.

Updated review: So I actually think this place has stepped up its game. I appreciate the employees attitudes and the hot and freshness of the food! Sooooo sooooo good! A smile and food done right goes such a long way! They definitely must have new management! This place is a hit or miss.

Spent at least 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting on my order that I order on the app at least 10 minutes before I came to pick it up. After returning to the office the insides of the burger was RAW. Poor customer service. The girls at the front counter look dumbfound every time you talk to them and can barely help with anything. When I came to get a refund, it took a lady that was on her break to assist me for me to talk to a manager. This location has lost my business.

Small McDonald's. When I stopped at 5pm, traffic was light through restaurant but the ice cream machine was down and the did not have any cookies or pies cooked. I waited for 10 minutes for cookies. They were also out of sweet tea so I had to wait for more to be mixed up in the back. I guess if you are on a low carb diet, then service would be 5 star.

Checked bag at place, seemed correct. Got home and half of the order was wrong and things were missing with other items that were prepped wrong in its place instead.
