Went to relax, use wifi and have coffee and the manager was the most unhelpful and rudest person i have met in the hospitality industry in a long time. Will do my best to avoid this store in west branch for a long time. No direct bashing needed but she needs to have some remedial training.

Stopped here on a roadtrip. I enjoyed the cleanliness and fast service.

We stopped for breakfast on our way home from vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to see Breakfast Bagels on the menu, since Minnesota no longer serves them. I told the cashier I wanted to move to Michigan, and she said, "Michigan would be happy to have you." What a sweetie! Our food looked good and tasted great.

By far the worst McDonald's I've been too... I took the kids there to get the new 5$ meal deal and the manager "which whom was extremely RUDE to me" said that wasn't a thing... Yes they are a participating location... My 4 children were extremely upset and instead of spending 5$ on each kid I spent double that... Why have posters and also have it on the menu screen if your not actually having the special... I am very upset...🤬 Update... After spending a lot more then I should have ... My wife called up there and they said on the phone to her... Yes we have that deal going on at this location... Let me just say .. it was less then an hour after I was just there when they told her THIS.... 🤔 Now I'm really upset... I spent damn near 60$ in there when I could have spent under 30$ I will be complaining to a corporate manager on this matter

Charged us $8.19 for a sandwich they never gave to us. Didn't notice until we got on the interstate that it wasn't in the bag. I guess they decided that my mother didn't need to eat. Also the fries are terrible. Not to mention the dude at the counter barley spoke English. Never going back. 🤬
