The drive-through is always very slow in the evenings. I ordered and paid for extra hot mustard sauce. I verified with the employee that it was in the bag, was told it was in there, and found none in there when I got home. I don't know why I keep coming back.

How hard is it to make a happy meal cheeseburger plain? It's rather annoying when you stop for a last day of school treat, and they not only make it with normal toppings, but there was enough ketchup on there for a tray of fries. (Thus child eats every sandwich plain) This isn't the first mistake that was made, either. I hoped with only 2 other cars in line and a basically empty dining area that they could get it right. The only good thing is that the older lady taking drive-thru orders is a true sweetheart.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. The signs on the door say dine-in is open until 11:00 pm on Saturdays. I arrived with my family at 10:30 and was denied entry, being told “the lobby is closed”. I made the mistake of commenting on the signs on both of the doors stating that dine in is until 11:00 pm. I was told that the signs are wrong. I requested that they be changed. The employee responded with “that is not my job”.

Order was slow then wrong. Went back in and stood while several other orders went out till manager told cooks again to make order. Then person just grabbed them and thrust bag at me with heres your order. Overall felt like it was an inconvenience for me to point out their error and wasn't corrected. Off my list for good and should be yours as well if you want service and politeness.

Worst service iv ever experienced. U can go to a sit down restaurant and get ur food faster...pitiful!!!!!
