I'm staying across the road in a hotel. I just wanted a cup of coffee. I walked up to the lobby, and it doesn't open until 6 am. The drive thru is open, so I just walked through it since I don't have a car here. They lady tells me they can't serve me like that... Maybe it's a safety issue or policy, but come on, accommodate a person for a simple cup of coffee.

Mobile app and menu board shows breakfast menu. Pull up to the drive thru and I was told I couldn’t get breakfast. It’s 5:01 am and I already purchased my food through the app! Manager asked if I could come back when it’s breakfast time…. I don’t live near this location and it is breakfast time. So why can’t I receive the food I ordered??? I was left unanswered for about 10 minutes and I had to call the store phone to let the manager know that I was still at the speaker waiting for a solution. Once she came to the speaker she tells me breakfast isn’t ready and she doesn’t know how long I would have to wait. And I would have to cancel the order through the app. She did apologize but she didn’t offer any other solution.

Skip this one if you can. Service poor. Uninterested. Clearly can't distinguish that when a whole pot of salt falls out on a burger that the quality diminishes. To reduce having a bad experience, if you have to go here- check your order before leaving. Saltiest burger of my life.

I am highly disgusted, I grew up on the best McDonald's and now this is barely worth eating. My fries were cold, my Big Mac was tough, the only thing decent was the soda because you can't mess that up. The manager is very unprofessional and rude did no accommodations for my inconvenience. There was also no one at the front counter to address all the customers besides my problems. We will never go back there again.

Even though the register inside in the front is shut down and closed to public at night ..the manager let the drive through person place a order for me inside .. after dark only pick up orders GO inside. And if your on foot sometimes the drive through person let's you place a order inside to be nice. SAFETY REASON. LOVE THIS MCDONALDS...
