This was our first time going to this McDonald’s and it was terrible!!! The girl who was taking our order was so rude and disrespectful! Our order number was 1306 and the girl who took our order had big fluffy black hair. Anytime we would order a drink she would just answer back with a negative and lazy attitude. If we ordered a drink, she would answer back with a, “we don’t have that,” over and over with a lazy tone. She didn’t even sound like she was happy or grateful working at that job either. After we were done ordering, we said thank you and the girl heard us but didn’t say anything back. We road up to the window to pay for our meal and she didn’t even smile or anything. Giving us that same rude attitude. Why this review is getting at least a one star is because we got our food and our order was correct. The window staff who gave us our food was way better than the staff worker behind the speaker taking orders. I hope this female staff employee gets fired in the future because she was terrible taking orders, didn’t seem like she was grateful for working this job, and her facial expressions and body movements was rude and disrespectful. I will also be sending a email about my horrible experience.
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and no one served us, but they were serving everyone else in the other lane!
Scam. They wouldn’t honor the $1 menu. Any size drink for a $1 costs $2.50.
The intercom in the drive through did not work. There was no sign indicating this. Waited for 30 minutes in line trapped between two cars. I do not recommend coming here unless you are going inside.
I know it doesn’t take y’all AN HOUR to make 2 cheeseburgers
