Why wouldn't they have a different service for doordash or online orders? Why do we have to sit in line for over an hour waiting for food we ordered over an hour ago online and already paid for? Why when we are trying to make money to support our family through doordash do we still have to wait through the same line that takes up our dashing times and we're the ones getting no tips cuz of timing and wasting gas and time to pick up orders already paid for?...... why can't McDonald's who is the most sold fast food and most popular staff their chains with proper employees who know what time management is? We're the ones paying for this company to keep going and their employees to have the paychecks and benefits they receive yet we have to wait as if it's a dine in establishment...." fast food" just isn't "fast food" anymore. Do better McDonald's not just on the east wenatchee side but the west as well.

Ordered a dbl quarter pounder "dressed like a mac" meaning to have the fixings of a Big Mac instead of quarter pounder. Instead got 2 patties 2 melted cheese slices and SOME Mac sauce. NO lettuce or anything else, so a real grease bomb, ugh. And of course, in a drive through cold fries. Large fries $5, about 10 cents a fry, cold and greasy. Not again.

The food was good. The service was fast. I ate in my truck in the parking lot. The only problem is that they never look at the order so I drove off with two normal McDoubles. I asked for extra heavy pickles on my burgers and ketchup packets in the bag. I still had to remind them about ketchup but when I stopped to eat there were no extra pickles at all. These guys need to pay attention to the orders I won't be eating here anytime soon!

I’m appalled at the fact that according to your manager in her own words you allow your employees to park anywhere they want?! Meaning I watched a guy pull up to your front door get out and go in to work while your customers are having to park across the parking lot cross drive thru traffic to come in to your place!!!! What’s next are you gonna let them park in handicap spots as well!!!! In all my near 30 years of customer service did I ever at any job park near the establishments front doors that was reserved for customers and guest only it was even said to us in orientation!!!! Well at least I know now our customers and customer service mean nothing to you.

Usually have a pretty good experience here. Best thing to do is order online before and do the curbside pickup. The remodel inside looks nice as well.
