Unlike the previous reviews my experience was different.... Stacy was welcoming and nice to talk to and my wife who hates going inside commented that it wasn't that bad and we actually came back so my wife could grab a coffee on our way back home. Food was fresh and service was quick.
I placed order at the drive through at 4am for breakfast. I was the first vehicle in line with no one else around. I ordered 2 McMuffins. I paid for the muffins (they were CASH ONLY) :-( and proceeded to the next window. And we waited and waited and waited. After at least 15-20 minutes of waiting, was told by the manager that the openers did not show up to work and the existing crew was not trained on breakfast or how to use the machines and it would be a longer wait. Furious, I left with out any refund and with out any food. A 20 MINUTE WAIT IS ALREADY INEXCUSIBLE!!! WAITING ANYLONGER TO GET MY ORDER OR PROCESS A REFUND WAS JUST ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. This is INEXCUSIBLE way to run a business and to treat customers. NEVER WILL RETURN HERE AGAIN!! WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!
Thank you everyone, 1,000 views. Wow! Employees don't work. A lot of old/stale food served. Employees eat food in the kitchen. Does not have a good leader. Executives won't address problems. They're in denial, quoting normal operations. They leave everything to the incompetent managers. Managers have been desensitized to chaos by T.V.
THIS PLACE SUCKS! I ordered a McFlurry and the lady put a Big Mac and a cheeseburger and I waited in the drive through for a good five mins for her to fix it and she never did! So I drove away
Worst Mc donalds I have been to THe customer service is so bad the manager needs fired so rude I'm tired of all the Rud people working there I Call Anyone who Cares About AMerica to Not eat there I will not be eating Mc Donalds in Kearney again I hope they lose money witcht hey will over all the Mexicans think there better then the customers they do not Hire White ppl this place is sooo Racist BOYCOTT Mc Donalds in Keaney if you love America,
