Busy place at 11 oclock in the morning. Hard to get to the fountains to get drinks. Mandatory ordering from the kiosk. The kiosk is straight up and down so if you are taller you have to bend over to hit the prompts on the bottom. I received my food fast but my companion had to wait 30 minutes for their food.

Grandson wanted a happy meal and to play. First there is no service. You have to order on the kiosk. The pay area was not clean. Tables were all sticky even after someone was in there cleaning before we were back there. The only good thing was the girl who brought the food out was nice. Even if she forgot the drinks.

I asked for two hamburgers, extra ketchup, extra mustard, but you can see it says extra onions. I ordered a medium fry but they got a large sprite when i said that she thought I said medium Sprite not one bit of my order was correct when I called up there, the manager was rude as can be Don’t go to this McDonald’s it was a manager herself, the got the order wrong, and then she wanted to argue with me and be disrespectful on the phone

The food was fine, no issue. The cashier was very rude and short and not very willing to help her customers at the register. Making comments, she has to take orders at the register instead of the customers using the kiosk. (I'm pretty sure taking orders at the register is in the job description)

I get being busy but being rude isnt ever okay. My daughter and I went the other day and as we pulled up to the window to pay the lady had a attitude then I asked nicely for the receipt and she rolled her eyes and said it's broke with a attitude, so I have no receipt for my meal but my whole order was screwed. My daughter ordered a double cheeseburger meal and had a hair in hers, which is unsanitary and disgusting. I ordered a big Mac, no lettuce or pickles add mayo, it came slopped together with little to no big Mac sauce, mayo ketchup and mustard and fries were so hard I could barely chew them. Drink was watered down also and before we even got our bizarre meal, we had to wait like 30 min in the sun and was almost late to where we were going. My kids love McDonald's, but even my daughter was disgusted with finding hair in her burger,just not cool.
