Took forever to get our order in in drive thru because the girl was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers to focus on what we were saying and even got rude with us for correcting our order because she rung it up wrong. We get home and three out of four burgers are super lopsided. All of them are either over or under sauced, by an exponential amount, and have either a single pickle or a pile of them.
This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been too in a very long time. Speed of service was impeccable and staff was great my grandson who is 6 gave this location a 10/10!!! Great job!! I told young man at window how impressed I was with the service!!👏👏🤩🤩
This fast food location off of South 14th needs to be reviewed by their corporate office and shut down by the city food inspector. The customer service, food products, and the management is absolutely horrible at this location. It’s astounding to me that grown adults can’t even act professional anymore. The management needs to be replaced or more trained at what they do or how they approach customers.
They have no clue what a basket of fries should be and they gave me two medium fries with hardly anything in them. Looked more like two small fries in a medium container!
I understand this post may sound ridiculous because the first mistake was going to McDonald's on S. 14th to start with. However we came through the drive-though, we were the only car there. They told us they were only doing cash and their carbonation was out and we said that's fine (clearly annoying them by staying, because they forgot to mute their mic), we place the order and our total comes out to $19.84 or so, we give a $20 and get our change back without a recipe and then they tell us to pull forward and wait. Two other cars come and leave before us. Literally 30 minutes later of waiting, being patient, we go inside to ask where our order is. Lady at the counter completely ingoring the question says, "our dine-in is closed", and we understood we just wanted to check on our order because it's been thirty minutes. She then says "what order?", we explain our order. She says "yeah we threw all that away because we never received a payment" !!???!! Like Did we not hand someone a $20 in the window?? Why would we be in curbside waiting??? Then she says "anyways we're closed". At that point we were ready to go and we asked for a refund and she refused to give it and kept arguing. Then the manager, who had been there this whole shift comes over and asks what the issue is and we explain that one of her employees took our money and voided our order. She ended up refunding us $20 and didn't seem to care that an employee literally just stole.
