I work in the fast food industry and understand how frustrating it can be sometimes. However, they are always rude and never are fully attentive. This past trip, they forgot one of my two orders and when I tried to tell the employee at the curbside, he walked away before I could finish, after going inside a few minutes later it took several minutes for me to get someone's attention even after asking for help verbally, this has happened several times in the past as well. I understand how stressful the fast food industry can be but I don't understand how hard it is to be polite and considerate.

This morning I go to Doylestown McDonald's drive thru, I'm the only one there so the guy comes on says 1 minute please, I say ok. While I'm waiting another car comes to the second drive thru and he takes their order. I'm still waiting then another car comes thru behind the other one and he again takes their order, and I still waiting. He finally comes on like nothing happened and wants to take my order. Seriously? So, in the evening I come back like an idiot place and order a big one. 2 big macs, 2 double quarter pounders, 1 quarter pounder and 20 piece nuggets, $45.00 order. No meals just sandwiches. Again screwed up. I got 1 big Mac instead of 2 big Macs they placed 1 quarter pounder in a big Mac box. Not that any of this means anything, McDonald is notorious for messing up orders even the simple ones. Thanks for reading and caring!!!

First of all, the kid cursing at me for no reason when repeat my orser back to me, like I'm just trying to pay. Then I get two of the same sandwiches, and they give the wrong ones. Plus, you set at the driving waiting for someone to take your order for a really long time. Nothing ever hot when I get it and nothing ever right

Terrible service, cold burgers, the manager didn't want to give me a glass of water for my 4-year-old daughter who doesn't drink juice, she is very rude, she just answers and leaves you talking to yourself, an employee told me that she knew it in her name. of her because she is always like that. I'll never come back.
