Haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time but after today's experience I think it's gonna stay that way. The restaurant was not wiped down all the tables that were empty were empty and dirty. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and it was beyond edible due to how much mayo was on it and no lettuce just mayo. I didn't order it that way so idk if that's a new thing with McChicken or not. The lady that took my order was really nice smiling and friendly though. The kicker is on the cup and fries it says WC Donalds and Chinese writing along the side. Why? No thanks WC Donalds I'll stick to Wendy's!

My husband and I went through the drive thru, the woman at the window was less than nice, we then went to the next window where the woman almost missed all of our drinks. When she did hand them to us my coffee wasn’t mixed and when I did mix it, it tasted really off. It was an off experience and I’d rather drive the extra 10 mins to a different one.

We do a lot of mobile orders here and the food is usually very good. Tonight an item was left out of the bag which is always frustrating. Unbelievably, the staff wanted to argue about it being in the bag. Of course it's not there, that's why we drove back. Just crazy that they instantly argued and made a scene without an ounce of customer service.

Awful service. Placed an order online and took no more than 20 minutes to get there and they want to say we took to long so they cancelled our order. Ridiculous and rude staff. Now I will get my money back and spend it somewhere else. Manager on duty 05/19/2024 is very disrespectful. I can see why she’s managing a McDonald’s. Do better.

I went back to the restaurant bc my order was slightly wrong. Admittedly I was a bit “complainy”. The young man who was presumably the manager was able to temper my complaint. He remained calm and polite. Honestly I may have not deserved professionalism. I didn’t get his name, however it was 4/13 at approximately 6:00 pm. I’d hire him in a flash.
