I just spent 35 minutes in the drive thru picking up an app order. I open the bag and I have two different orders in the same bag. Only thing that match my order was was the drink.

Absolutely the best McDonalds in Charlotte. I never have to wait in line for long during the busy lunch period. My food is always correct, warm and fresh, and best of all the employees are super friendly! Highly recommend A+

Service was slow and very disorganized. I could not tell that they were short staffed. The order was not filled correctly, missing 3 items ordered, and still could not get it right on the 2nd attempt.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. When I first arrived, I heard a group of young ladies talking about how it would have been 40 minutes since they placed their order and they were needing to leave. I placed my order using the app, so it didn’t take extremely long, but it wasn’t a unusual wait. I know that all fast food restaurants are facing staffing woes, but that doesn’t excuse the fries from being cold and hard, and the drinks being flat. I even told them after getting a different drink that they needed to change the CO2, but they didn’t. This McDonald’s was just rebuilt from the ground up but that doesn’t help when it’s not staffed properly. I understand it is hard to keep good help in today’s society, but make the whole process automated.

Took 35 minutes to get a pick up order from this location. As I was sitting down waiting for my order, I realized I had ants climbing on my shoes, and when I looked down there was a huge amount of ants on the floor of the restaurant eating crumbs off the floor that had not been cleaned. On top of all that, when I did get my order, everything was cold like it had been sitting in the back for awhile. Worst location I’ve ever been to.
