Apparently the franchise owner and manager of the day doesn’t care that this location sells cold food : got the chicken nugget meal and it was cold. The nuggets were cold and so were the fries that I ordered with no salt and they gave me soggy old friends with salt : Even the happy meal chicken nuggets were cold . They say fresh but it’s not . Don’t know whom is the manager today in the late afternoon but the food stinks . Not to mention there are employees touching their hair and back side and then serving food to customers and everyone seems like they are miserable .

Sunday, 7/28/24 @ 3:41pm. We dined inside. After a long wait, standing right in front of the cash register, for the cashier to take our order (because it was more important to fill up her containers of salt packets, etc), we placed our order with her and were given a number sign to place on our table. After waiting 20 minutes, we went up to check, and our cold food was in a bag on the counter next to her salt packets. It appears that it's expected of customers to instead order from the electronic kiosks, and maybe that is why she wouldn't take our order. But for our food to sit there so long is ridiculous.

Ordered on the mobile app at 12:47 am but the store closed at 12:00 am. Apparently there was a system update that messed up their hours of operation. I live all the way in Spartanburg so going into the store is not economical. I spoke with Nikki and she is going to send me my refund in the form of a gift card. Way easier than dealing with my credit card company. Nikki was extremely nice and was determined to make it right. :)

We were traveling back to Georgia! The young man at the register is the reason I came back for review. When I say good customer service makes the food taste even better! He deserves a raise. We were order number 250 on Sunday! Everything was fresh & hot❤

This McDonald's has always been my reliable food stop on the way to Grandma's house. Their convenient locations and familiar menu make it an easy choice for a quick bite on the road. While the food is consistently tasty and satisfying, I've occasionally experienced longer wait times during busy periods. However, the friendly staff and clean facilities usually make up for any minor inconvenience. Four stars from me!
