The food and the service was fine but the floors here are sticky and disgusting. The women’s bathroom smells like a litter box and the toilet was leaking in one stall, both handicapped stalls were locked and the other stall had no toilet paper. The floors were sticky and the tables were sticky like they have been cleaning with dirty mop water. The staff were very nice but just not a very clean place.

Floor is greasy. Drink station completely destroyed with spilled soda everywhere. Every employee has two speeds, slow and stop. And I had plenty of time to observe all this and other things as it took exactly 30 minutes to produce my meal. Two breakfast sandwiches, two hash browns, two drinks. This was an abysmal visit.

Awaited for thirty minutes for 3 sausage and cheese biscuits and a hashbrown By the time I got my food, it already been unwrapped twice. They had to add cheese to it because I didn't get it right. The first time half of the time that I spent waiting was in the drive through. They claim that they blinded on a new person. Learning well you don't put new people on back. Drive through window on breakfast rush. That's not very so after waiting 15 minutes. In the drive through I got frustrated when inside and tried to order my food where I waited another 15 minutes and watched my food get unwrapped twice. Because they weren't sure the first time. Then when I got my food, I got the hardest biscuits. They probably had in their trays. It was a totally unappealing experience. I've been to countless McDonald's all over the country and never have. I experienced worst customer service and food quality.!

I'm a truck driver. On 04/25 at 12.44 . tried to buy food. Employers at this location closed their lobby and forced me and another costumers to go on the drive-thru line during the rain. I believe the big McDonald's bosses should consider that management on this 24/7 location needs to be replaced. I was always stopping at this location but no more again. Hope the rest of you will do the same. If management doesn't care, we should teach them .

Poor service, Nasty nasty nasty unsafe restrooms the bathroom stall wouldn't even lock. Food was done and sitting in the back in a bag and waited there for 15 min before we got our food and we heard the lady back there saying she doesn't know how to make a coffee to then come tell us their machine is down because she doesn't know how to make the coffee. Then we asked to just have our money refunded and the lady she had to go get didn't know how to do a refund. Do not recommend.
