This was simply an awesome experience. It was a 4 and a half hour ride through the mountains how's the North Carolina. I do historic trains every opportunity I get around the country and this was by far one of the best. They have many different price ranges to fit virtually any budget

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. We placed a mobile order and there was no option for curbside pickup, so we tried to do the drive-thru. We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and no ever even said hello. I have already paid for my food at this time and now we're just waiting on someone to still acknowledge us. Still no one ever came. So, we drive around to the window because the door is locked and you can't go inside. Now, we're at the window another 15 minutes and a young lady comes to the window and says "we're only doing Door-Dash." So, now I'm confused because my meal is already paid for!!! So, we sit at the window another 10 minutes just to see what's going on and someone finally comes back just to tell us that we have to drive back around AGAIN!!! Now the line is almost out of the parking lot!!! This makes absolutely no sense. I understand wholeheartedly being busy but at least let your customers know what's going on. Now, I'm out of not only my meal but my money!! I will NEVER and mean NEVER return to this location. I should've paid attention to the other reviews before even placing my order here, but I guess you live and you learn.

McDonald's really has fallen off already anyway but you know, hey, be crazy and give it another shot, right? Well I did that. I only had a pop and ice cream.....they had me waiting for 30 minutes! And it was crazy of me to wait that long. They pulled me up, I waited until I had to go back through the drive thru, just to be told to pull up again. I told her nah, I can't do that and proceeded to ask "y'all machine down" the young lady says "yeah" I asked why yall didn't say that at first when yall knew, she paused and didn't know what to say. So I asked, was it your manager's doing, she said Yes. I knew it was the manager's doing. It's the tall, light-skinned one. Man, I don't wanna be rude but she gotta step it up some. Don't waste folks time when you already knew what was going on! I door dash too and every time I go in there when she's there it's usually the same thing, super slow! 30 minute wait for a pop and ice cream, which I didn't get by the way! Smh! This McDonald's in particular made me hate McDonald's!!! I'm done with it for sure now!

Quite honestly, this place is stellar during the daytime. But, just like everywhere else around, as soon as the sun goes down, so do the standards. The staff become rude and dismissive, the speed of everything tanks down to beyond absurd. How is it that I can be pulled forward waiting on food to cook, then somehow 20 mins later (20 mins, what takes that long to cook in McDonald's?) I get a whole order of old, stale, been sitting in the warmer or bag forever, food. What did I even wait for? ONLY GO DURING THE DAY.

We went to the drive through, ordered, paid, got the correct drinks, but then the server came to the window and asked what did you order? We told her and she had us pull up and wait and wait and wait!
