Going to this McDonald's is a 50-50 chance you'll actually get what you ordered and that it'll be edible. Half the time the food tastes so old and shriveled it isn't even worth eating. If you order a burger with anything removed, odds are pretty good they actually won't make it the way you ordered, even if it's rung up and marked correctly. My most recent visit asked for a burger with no onions or pickles, and got a burger with no onions on the top layer where they normally go, but instead they were on the bottom and in between the two patties embedded in the cheese so it wasn't possible to get them all totally out. Some people have kids that have texture intolerances and order things a certain way for that reason, not to be a pain for no reason. The employees there are also about a 50-50 chance they'll be pleasant. Today the person who took my order was super kind and polite, but the person at the first window never said anything to me, just scowled and took my card and handed it back. No words, no asking if I wanted my receipt, nothing. The person at the second window, who actually took my order, was super kind! I'm not someone to complain, the only time I have to this establishment was when they gave me a regular coke instead of a diet coke and it was going to a type 1 Diabetic and could have been a medical emergency. But seriously, it isn't that hard to make an order right. I've worked in retail and food service for many years in the past. Do better.

Well, it's a nice looking McDonald's from outside. Then...we walked in to nobody at the counter for our order, dirty bathrooms, dirty counter where you get your pop and condiments and little pieces of trash throughout the restaurant. Our order was correct, but because of its dirty atmosphere I will no longer go to this McDonald's. Unimpressed. I don't think it would pass if an inspector came for a walk through at all.

Most chaotic McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 30min for a smoothie, sweet iced tea, and and hazelnut iced coffee (none of which require cooking) only for them to somehow get 2 items wrong. It wasn’t even crowded! No drive through line or anyone dining in when I went in… ~5 employees also rushing around very confused. They’ve apparently been out of hazelnut for a month but it’s listed at the kiosk and mobile app still. I got what the employee called “mystery tea” in a hot cup when I ordered the sweetened iced tea you get next to the fountain drinks. Literally got the orders of everyone who ordered behind me wrong too (and drive through ppl came in about missing items which defeats the point of a drive through). The appeal of fast food chains is fast consistent food (you get what you want quickly). This McDonald’s is neither of those things. There’s so much potential though!!! Like the Great Lake Superior views or all the tourists traveling through.. such a missed opportunity to provide a great experience. This is coming from someone who loves McDonald’s and has it around once a week (elsewhere).

Had a friendly mouse come up and take my order, pretty chill fella, I ended up getting two "squeaks" and a handful of "pips". So 5 star for this McDonald's establishment.

Every time I go and get my food they always are messing it up some way. I'm always missing an item or two or they don't read the ticket and mess up the sandwiches. I wouldn't make visits here too often unless you don't mind your order getting messed up in some way.
