Where's the beef? We ordered 2 Big Macs that had the tiniest beef patties I've ever seen! There was very little sauce, but staff did provide more when asked. At nearly $5 each, I would expect a better product. It was a bun sandwich more than a burger! The order of fries was full and generous. My other issue is the McDonald's app. It is one of the least user friendly fast food apps. I first ordered one of their deals, or so I thought! I found the deal was not in my cart but I was still blocked from going back to try again to use it! No one there could help so I ended up buying the two items and not getting the deal that was offered. So, in general, I avoid McDonald's. Using the app takes too much time.

Ordered two Happy Meals from the kiosk self-order thing, one with a toy and a small lemonade, one with no toy and a medium lemonade. The machine was out of receipt paper. The only thing they got right were the custom burgers and the expected sides. That's it. They handed me two small empty cups which I had to fill from the general soda fountain. All the drinks were watered down, just colored water really, and no lemonade. Another customer struggled repeatedly to get her order errors fixed. The front staff person was dismissive and only half fixed it when the lady used her receipt to prove the order error. The staff person ignored me when I tried to explain the receipt paper was out and she walked back into the kitchen. Without a receipt, I didn't even bother forcing the issue. I won't come back. Not even the bathrooms were in working order, looked like paused renovations. But, hey, at least I got an unexpected toy with my meal!

Fries didn't taste good. And the grease needs changed out fries had dirt is what they looked like. Cheeseburger really tasted bad.

**Disappointing Experience at McDonald's** My recent visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to place my order and receive it. The staff seemed indifferent to the long wait times, which was frustrating. Furthermore, I was dismayed by the attitudes of the workers. They appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. It's disheartening to receive service with such apathy. To top it off, the food I received was cold. This not only affected the taste but also indicated a lack of attention to food quality and freshness. Overall, my experience at McDonald's was disappointing. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to improve service efficiency, staff attitudes, and food quality.

Literally just left. I went inside after ordering through drive-thru because my soda was flat and also noticed our fries were old and soggy with specks all over them. Asked for fresh fries, and was advised they were out of carbonation... lol. The fresh fries were equally trash, the grease just needed to be changed. No way I just watch you give me fresh fries, but they're dark with dark specks all over them. Bathroom needs a good cleaning also.
