This is a direct message to the owner. Fix your air conditioner! Your employees are wonderful. They deserve better. I went there this evening and it was easily 100 degrees in the building. Also, there are plumbing issues in the women's restroom. The water was very hot and the toilets didn't flush. Even under the hot conditions, the employees were the best.

Perla and Ms.Vicky(manager) are amazing! Their customer service is to tier and the establishment is very clean. It’s definitely a welcoming environment and I will be coming back!

Placed an order online 15 mins before arrival. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 mins before even getting to the window. I was then told to pull forward where I waited 5 mins more. Total time wait for a quarter pounder combo...26 mins. Corporate needs to visit for a bit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the app for 3 apple pies and 1 Sprite Frozen drink. When I get to curbside 10 minutes later I sit and wait for my order to come out. After sitting for 10 minutes I call inside to ask how much longer before my order will be out. The lady told me another 7 minutes, no fried apple pies up. I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She said I had to cancel it on the app because that's how it was placed. I asked her how because I don't see an option to cancel and they have already charged my card. She said she didn't what to tell me, she couldn't help me. I asked for her manager name. She said Mike, I know him so I asked to speak with him. About 5 minutes of hold time and a guy gets on the phone speaking as Mike. I asked him about the canceling of the order. He, too, says it has to be canceled online. I ask again, how? Response is I don't know you have to go on the app. I'm telling him again, I'm on the app and it isn't an option. I ask how much longer on the pies... its been more than 7 minutes. He responds 7 minutes. I told him that's what she just told me. He says laughs and says he's looking at the wrong order. I state to him it's nothing funny, I'm trying to get to work, you've charged me and can't cancel the order and seem to have issues with getting order out. He says he only has 2 cooks and 1 cashier... 😕 I then ask him again if he is sure he is Mike because I know him personally and I know he isn't him. He laughs and says oh I'm another manager. I asked his name and the lady previous... he said his name is Josh and hers is Brenda. I doubt that was the truth as this whole time has been lies. Needless to say I left because I didn't want to be late for work. No order, no money refunded!

Good afternoon place, and friendly staff. Got there around 4, and there was a lot of people in the Drive Thru, but they have 2 lines so it goes pretty fast. Order on the McDonalds app definitely will give you a jump in front of the vehicle in the other lane.
