Well Britney ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and pickles they gave her a quarter pounder with nothing on it so we had to go through there again the lines were long then we parked in the parking lot to eat what a mess that was it was a horrible experience at this McDonald's in Ann arbor I won't be going back there again
I can't even put a star here. McDonald's, 3752 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Young lady walking around in the back with a Black Hoodie on and not even working was told by the manger and she was helping herself to pop and whatever she could get her hands on. Then when asking the manger this person walk over and ask who I was and didn't even care. This is the food i got from this place. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back........................
This is what happens when you give people more money an hour instead of letting them work hard and earn it. I paid $10 for this meal and it looks like my five-year-old through it together.
Last time there, was served by someone with their mask under their nose. Really nice staff. Coffee tasted burnt, but no other complaints. Won't go back to a place lax on CDC safety though.
Slow as can be during a rush. Only McD I've ever gone to that doesn't do biscuits??? After 10:30. An no one handling food, aside from the grill guy, was wearing gloves while handling the food. And whoever manages this place during the day needs a crash course in customer service. I'll go to sonic or TB for breakfast now. Screw this place got some pictures of the gloveless workers but couldnt get them all with limited time.
